My practice includes children, families and individual adults. I am an experienced child psychologist who has been helping children and teens for over 25 years. I see children who are struggling with friendships, school issues, the effects of divorce, low self-esteem, anxiety, and depression. I specialize in treating anxiety using a model that incorporates CBT and play therapy principles to help build coping skills, resiliency, empathy, and better social skills.
