My approach to therapy is both process and skill based, with emphasis on treatment that is tailored to the individual’s goals they wish to achieve. I work with adults, teens, and adolescents to help them cope with a variety of stressors. I provide support to those struggling with their emotions, anxiety, life transitions, daily stressors, work stressors, relationships, parenting, and overall mood, so that they are manageable and have a reduced impact on their daily lives.
