I specialize in supporting children, adolescents, and adults through life's transitions and challenges. We all have the capacity for growth, and my role is to help facilitate that by creating a safe and accepting environment for collaboration and development. Together, we will work through difficulties and obstacles to help you build resilience and become your most authentic self. My style is primarily psychodynamic, attachment-based, and trauma-informed, but I integrate a variety of approaches to best suit the needs and goals of each individual. I have post-graduate training in psychoanalytic psychotherapy for children and adolescents, along with previous experience working in youth services and international education.
