Hello, I’m Sindia Slack, LMFT. I provide individual and family therapy in both English and Spanish. My approach is collaborative, client-centered, culturally sensitive, systems and strength based. At my core I aim to serve individuals and families, however, being a mother myself I am dedicated to serving the women either transitioning into motherhood or the seasoned mommas who need some extra help. I sought out a specialty in perinatal mental health and am trained to work with mother’s experiencing grief, depression, stress or anxiety throughout the perinatal and postpartum period.
