As a parent, it’s hard to know how to best support your child or teen—let’s figure it out together. My clients are children and teens facing emotional or behavioral challenges, such as anxiety, depression, or trauma. They may feel misunderstood or struggle with self-esteem. Their needs include a safe space to express themselves, coping strategies, and emotional support. Their goal is to feel empowered, develop resilience, and build stronger relationships with themselves and others. They want tools to navigate life’s challenges with confidence and long-term emotional wellness. Above all, they seek a sense of hope and self-worth.
