I work with adult clients experiencing anxiety, OCD, depression, career changes, life transitions, and relationship issues. I enjoy working with clients who are looking to increase their self-awareness and better understand their thought patterns and behaviors so they can move toward the things that are important to them in their life. How is your past impacting your present? How are you thinking about your experiences as you move through your daily life? What (or who?) is holding you back from yourself and your values?
