I am a graduate student currently pursuing a Master of Social Work at Westfield State University. My clinical experience includes working with adolescents in inpatient settings, supporting individuals facing a range of mental health challenges. My therapeutic approach incorporates evidence-based practices, including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and mindfulness-based techniques. I am also in the process of expanding my clinical skill set through training in psychoanalytic methods.
