I specialize in therapy for anxiety, trauma, ADHD, and emotional regulation challenges for clients of all ages in CA and IL. If you’re a parent watching your child struggle with school stress & IEPs, or you yourself are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure, I can help. My clients want to feel calmer, more confident, and more in control of their lives and their patterns. Together, we work on emotional regulation, identity, and resilience in a supportive space where clients feel safe to grow and be themselves. I have worked extensively in special education and mental health care for over 5 years.
