Do you ever feel like whatever normal is, it just isn’t you? Do you feel like you need to diminish yourself in order to “get along”? Or maybe like you are always getting in your own way? I believe that people are on an ongoing journey of self-discovery and personal growth. My passion is to help you tune in to the “you” that feels most true, and express your authentic self safely. I work with teens and adults around issues of ADHD and anxiety, trauma, gender and sexual identity, open relationships/ENM and healthy boundaries, and navigating a changing world. I specialize with people who have recently discovered their ADHD diagnosis.
