About

I work with children, teens, college students, and young adults. I aim to create a warm, welcoming, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel safe. I help clients explore the connection between physical wellness and mental clarity. My clinical approach is informed by drawing from trauma-informed care, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), person-centered principles, and mindfulness. I enjoy helping clients clarify their values and work toward meaningful change.
