I will partner with you to navigate stressful life changes, ADHD, anxiety, OCD, grief, trauma and more. I can start teaching you how to feel better in your first session. Parents - I will work with you and your child as a team to equip them with the tools they need to thrive at school, home and socially. I provide therapy for children age 6 + through young adults. I have specialized training in anxiety, trauma and grief. I use mostly Cognitive Behavior Therapy which effectively treats multiple conditions in the here and now.
