Hi, I'm Ski, I see individuals from age 5 years up. I specialize in working with clients who have been challenged with anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, and severe or advanced mental illness. Roy T. Bennett wrote, "change begins at the end of your comfort zone." These words speak reality in the mental health world. I feel my mission in mental health counseling is to help my client transition through change and help create a new comfort zone to live their best life. My professional training includes the use of behavioral therapies such as EMDR/trauma focus, CBT, and ACT. My client is the center focus in talk therapy.
