I'm a psychotherapist at Izlind Integrative Wellness Center in Rhinebeck, NY. I have significant expertise and experience addressing depression, identity issues, life transitions, and self-esteem in college students, adults, older adults, and adolescents. I incorporate an integrative approach to therapy that includes interpersonal, humanistic, energy medicine (e.g., EFT/tapping, reiki), and mindfulness meditation to address the personal needs of each individual. As a former executive in the corporate world, I also integrate pragmatic approaches to behavioral change.
