Culturally Competent Licensed Marriage Family Therapist (LMFT). I have over 13 years of experience working with children, adolescents, teens, adults, individuals, couples, and families from culturally diverse populations on a wide range of issues and concerns. It is my belief that once the relationship between thoughts, feelings, and behaviors is understood, one is then able to modify or change their pattern(s) of thinking to cope with stressors in a more positive manner.
