You’ve always known you're different: you're fast thinking, creative, and often overwhelmed. As a child, you may have been the daydreamer, a procrastinator, fidgety, or the one who could do everything except focus when it mattered. You may be late diagnosed with ADHD and you’re tired of trying to “fix” yourself through effort & perfectionism. I'm neurodivergent, so I've lived the pain. I work with adults who grew up masking, people-pleasing, or pushing past their limits. Therapy with me isn’t about fixing who you are; it’s about understanding your wiring, building nervous system resilience, and creating a life that feels authentic.
