My primary goal while working with someone is to provide a safe, judgement free environment which allows them to feel comfortable exploring who they are and grow into who they want to be. I believe the client knows themselves best, and I will work with the client every step of the way to determine what is going to help them grow into the person they want to become. My specialty areas of treatment include depression, anxiety, body image concerns, trauma, substance abuse, and adjustment disorders.
