We all have moments we wish we could hit the "undo" button on..... and yes, that includes therapists too. Maybe you've spent years trying to earn love that should come freely, or you're carrying burdens that feel too heavy to share. Taking that first step into therapy can feel daunting, but it doesn't have to be. My office is designed to be exactly what you need: a judgement-free space where you can show up as your authentic self and work through the tough challenges in your life at your own pace. I don't believe that therapy was meant to be one-size-fits-all. With my general systems knowledge and experience as a marriage and family therapist, I have the ability to work with individuals, couples, and families to address not just surface-level concerns, but also the deeper patterns affecting all aspects of life.
