Throughout the years I've been a counselor, I've learned that I especially love working with people who feel stuck, burdened, and generally curious about themselves and what they want from their time here on earth. I use an eclectic mix of therapeutic tools and approaches that I tailor to each client I see based on my clinical intuition and what each client gravitates towards. My personal experience with trauma, addiction, and therapy led me to I where I am today as a person/therapist.
