Skylar is an associate social worker who is dedicated to supporting youth and their families as they navigate challenging times. Her therapeutic approach is tailored to each individual and is based on creating a strong therapeutic relationship. She draws from a variety of evidence-based practices such as Narrative Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Play Therapy, and mindfulness. Skylar has worked in schools with at-risk youth spanning a wide age range, and loves building connections with her clients and their caregivers.
