Currently accepting new clients through Amaris Counseling! I am eager to work with various populations, including adolescents, adults, couples, and families. By focusing on personal strengths, I aim to help my clients develop coping strategies and live to their fullest potential. Throughout sessions, I support those dealing with stress by empathizing with them and focusing on their strengths. I currently work with youth as a Registered Behavior Technician and have experience in crisis intervention as a case manager intern. I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, strength-based, and solution-based therapy to help develop coping skills.
