I work with adults, teens, and children going through anything from anxiety & depression to issues of grief, trauma, body image issues/ eating disorders, and those who have dealt with sexual assault. I also specialize in social justice and working with people who are a part of the LGBTQ+ community. My area of expertise is helping clients who are dealing with life transitions. This ranges from performance issues, quarter life crisis's, and college/ grad school adjustments to working with full families going through major life events.
