Guiding others to discover meaning and value in their experiences is something I take great pride in. We can often learn more about ourselves and I believe we can more effectively adjust to our unique circumstances through this discovery. It is critical to have an understanding of the beliefs we have of ourselves, others, and the world, as well as where these beliefs began and what purpose they serve. Through increased awareness, we can learn to navigate challenging thoughts, emotions, and sensations in the body with less of a challenge.
