Many neurodivergent adolescents feel overwhelmed, misunderstood, or exhausted by expectations that don’t fit how their brains and bodies work. Teens with ADHD or autism may struggle with emotional regulation, sensory overload, communication, school demands, or social pressure—often leading to frustration, shutdown, or conflict at home and school. As someone who is neurodivergent my self, I bring both professional experience and personal understanding of how important it is to feel accepted, respected, and supported rather than “fixed.” No insurance accepted- Fee Sliding Scale. Teens already have strengths; we practice how to use them and add new tools. Through creative activities and animal-assisted support with Lucky, we build regulation and problem-solving skills—learning when to play a card, hold it, or change strategy.
