About
My work is centered on the healing power of relationships, informed by the collectivist Indian culture that I grew up in. In the words of bell hooks, “Healing is an act of communion” – we heal in community with others, not in isolation. To this end, I strive to support others through a warm and caring working relationship, to reach more authentic and whole versions of themselves. Engaging in healing work is also about mending and nurturing our lifelong relationships with ourselves, which shapes all of our other relationships.
