Hi! My name is Snow Lee, LMFT 109967. I have been working in the Mental Health profession for over 10 years. I believe that every individual has the power and ability to write their own story. We are all unique individuals, and we strive to be better, but sometimes we get lost in a vicious cycle. When a person becomes stuck, they experience symptoms of anxiety, sadness, helplessness, hopelessness, low self-esteem, lack of energy & motivation, and even a lack of spiritual energy.
