My practice style is psychodynamic and interactive with the infusion of Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy. I provide support and continuous feedback to clients, as well as, assist them in resolving current issues and long-standing dysfunctional patterns. I work collaboratively to alleviate symptoms, cultivate skills, mitigate problematic behaviors, and gain understanding to their origins. I am a bilingual (Spanish), bicultural psychotherapist. I am particularly respectful and sensitive to ethnic-cultural issues.
