At Social Perspective, we are dedicated to helping you create positive change. We work with adults who are managing their own or a loved one's depression, anxiety, or increased stress. Our supportive team also works with children including those who have experienced trauma, bullying, have anger and behavior issues, are feeling depressed or having suicidal thoughts. We believe that every individual can build on hope, strengthen their coping skills, accomplish goals, and overcome challenges. We seek the best approach for everyone-families, couples, kids or adults. Our specialists come from various backgrounds giving us the ability to personalize your program. This may include individual/group sessions based on CBT and Dialectical Behavior Therapy; play and art therapy; stress management and social skill instruction.
