I am currently working under the supervision of Dolores Gonzalez, Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW 85915). I aim to create a therapeutic environment that is both non-judgmental and culturally sensitive, focusing on the client’s background and belief system as integral parts of their identity. This approach helps me better understand each client’s unique perspective and fosters the development of a strong therapeutic relationship. I am deeply committed to supporting a diverse range of clients, particularly those dealing with anxiety, difficult emotions or thoughts, life transitions, and unresolved trauma. I incorporate techniques from a holistic framework, blending evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, breathwork, mindfulness, and meditation. My goal is for us to embark on a transformative and healing journey together.
