About
Starting therapy is a courageous endeavor. You may be feeling stuck in a rut, having trouble managing stress, or struggling with your relationship with food. I work with adults and adolescents with anxiety, depression and eating disorders. With warmth and just the right amount of humor, I strive to help my patients cultivate meaning and find joy amidst difficult experiences. I am psychodynamically trained and integrate evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I utilize Enhanced Cognitive Behavior Therapy for Eating Disorders (CBT-E), and provide Family-Based Treatment (FBT / Maudsley) to adolescents with eating disorders.
