I know how overwhelming it can be to find the right therapist. I am passionate about helping you to become and embrace your best self. Whether this means recovering from depression, anxiety, trauma, shame, perfectionism, people pleasing, body issues, or relationship problems - or just wanting to be happier, calmer, and more resilient, I am here to support you. It is my belief that tools including mindfulness, acceptance, and compassion are the building blocks of good mental health and fulfilling relationships. I am trained in Internal Family Systems, which is a way to help you communicate with and heal all parts of yourself.
