My approach to therapy is collaborative, warm, and individualized, drawing from evidence-based practices like CBT, DBT, and ACT. I create a holistic and open space that welcomes humor, vulnerability, and the full range of human experience. I specialize in working with adolescents and young adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem issues, codependency, and interpersonal challenges, including survivors of sexual assault and domestic violence.
