Hello! Hola! I'm glad you found your way here. For therapy to be effective, it's important to find a therapist who feels like a good fit for you. My name is Sofia, and I provide therapy for individuals, including children over 12 years old, adolescents, and adults. I offer therapy in both English and Spanish. I believe there is no one-size-fits-all approach to counseling, and I aim to provide individualized care for each client. I completed a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at the Chicago School of Professional Psychology in 2020, and I am currently a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in Minnesota.
