Hi! My name is Sofia. I have 13 years of experience in the field of psychology and 8 years of experience in clinical counseling. I specialize in working with life transitions, stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, EMDR, OCD, LGBTQ+ concerns, marital stress, chronic health conditions, chronic pain, women's issues, multicultural counseling, and athletes/sport psychology. I work with adults, teens, children, couples, and families. My approach is compassionate, understanding, and nonjudgmental. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Arizona, a Board Certified Supervisor (LPC-S), and a Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC).
