Is it hard to be kind to yourself? I would like to support and help improve how you’re feeling. I am a "Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)." I have received my Master’s Degree in Counseling with an emphasis on Marriage and Family Therapy from California State University Long Beach. I specialize in supporting individuals facing dual diagnosis related to substance use and mental health. This includes challenges such as depression, anxiety, stress management, family dynamics, addiction, and overall life management. My approach is compassionate, professional, and tailored to each person’s unique needs. I am fluent in languages: English, Farsi, and Pashto.
