The goal is to be there for you every step of your journey, to help you grow from your struggles, heal from your pain, and move forward to where you want to be in your life. Sometimes this will feel overwhelming. There’s an old saying that if you travel alone you travel faster, but if you travel with a companion you’ll travel farther. I’d love the opportunity to be your companion on this journey of growth. I am a LPC in Louisiana and a LCPC in Montana. I have been serving the Baton Rogue and surrounding areas in person since 2015, and the state of Montana virtually since 2024. A Sojourn isn’t intended to be forever. It’s a temporary stay. This is a great metaphor for the counseling process. When you’re done all your problems won’t be solved, but you will be equipped to solve your problems.
