For many of us, life is often difficult. Whether it's addiction, depression, anxiety, relationships, or just the pain of growing up, there are many different struggles we find ourselves over our lifetime. Counseling is meant to be a place where we are able to walk through the struggles and find both real hope and practical help. I work with adults and adolescents walking through a wide variety of life struggles not just to relieve pain, but to find fulfillment and balance in life as a whole.
