I specialize in working with neurodivergent individuals and couples- including those who identify as ADHD or AuDHD (diagnosed or undiagnosed), as well as those who’ve always felt “different” but never knew why. We’ll begin by exploring what’s been feeling off- not just the symptoms, but the root causes. From there, we’ll build a plan that supports your unique way of thinking, feeling, and connecting.
