Sometimes in life we can feel lost and unsure of where to go for help, or who to trust. I firmly believe that everyone has the ability to heal; all that’s needed is a helping hand to guide you through those first steps. I am so happy and proud to provide a safe place to encourage people to open up and feel at peace. We are here to fully support people who are struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, ADHD/ADD, life stressors, and other various types of mental illnesses. Our services currently include CBT, person-centered, and trauma-informed therapy. Currently we accept private pay, but offer our clients a sliding scale option as well.
