Hi there. I am passionate about supporting couples and individual adult clients in a variety of life challenges. With couples, my goal is to deepen the emotional connection between partners and to increase the honest expression of each partners needs. With both couples, and individuals, I strive to help my clients better understand how their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors impact their health and happiness. We might be a great fit if you struggle to practice self-compassion, if your inner critic is loud and harsh, and/or if you want to become more aware of relationship patterns that aren’t working for you.
