I am a thespian at heart, believing in radical self-expression and helping people express themselves healthily and productively. I help with academic issues, addiction, anger, relationships, self-esteem, self-harm, and substance use. I also provide gender-affirming mental health care for the members of the LGBTQIA+ community. I use a psychodynamic approach that builds community and support systems while embracing self-reliance and responsibility.
