It can be extremely tough to navigate through life with all of the obstacles we face on a daily basis. Adding to this, it can be difficult to maintain healthy relationships. I thrive on helping others find their inner strength and inner peace. Working closely with clients who struggle with anxiety, depression, family-relational issues, as well as trauma, is my passion. I have extensive experience working with children and adults who face these challenges. Clients who struggle through life’s challenges, often need strengths based support, a focus on changing negative thought patterns, and developing healthy coping skills. My practice includes, providing a non judgmental and integrated approach to treatment. Clients are able to be open and feel like they are in a safe environment and are affirmed.
