Welcome! I provide therapy for kids with ADHD, anxiety, and concussions. As a team, I work with parents and kids to begin to understand some of the negative messages your child may be internalizing based on their challenges. ADHD: Once we explore some of the identity and self-esteem challenges, we begin the practical skills work such as examining how they learn, learning skills, executive functioning skills, when and how to study, and when to take breaks. We also create structure by creating a calendar for their homework and assignments a week ahead.
