As a specialist in helping clients transform early childhood trauma, we will learn to accept life's challenges with awareness while staying in connection to others. Mostly we did not learn how to live while also staying connected to our hearts. We learned closure, codependency, to do for others and not oneself. We learned how to fight, contract, blame, shame, feel guilty. If you are ready to take a journey into the heart, mind and body of your defensive patterning that leaves you unhappy, alone and in despair - I am here, to go with you into the delicate world of the body and subconscious mind, to liberate you once and for all. I offer a safe space of non-judgment to work with the powerful tools of meditation, somatic practices, breath work, integration of subconscious parts, and so much more. My work is holistic and client-centered, where the focus is on you alone. My clients report long lasting success with processing, feeling, and healing - to experience life-changing results.
