Many of my clients have experienced complex or developmental trauma, narcissistic abuse, or long-term relational stress. They often understand their history and patterns, yet continue to experience anxiety, hypervigilance, chronic pain, emotional reactivity, or numbness that does not resolve through insight and traditional talk therapy alone. I am Susan Pitler, a Licensed Professional Counselor, a Certified Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (SE), and a Somatic Touch Therapist. I specialize in working with survivors of Complex, Developmental, Narcissistic, and Relational Trauma as well as ADHD and Neurodivergent related issues.
