Burdens of trauma can impact relationships, work life, and how you see yourself in the world. What ever you've been through, there is a path to heal. I work with adults, adolescents, and couples experiencing emotional dysregulation, strained relationships, and overwhelm. I have experience working with military and their families, foster youth, and people with various cultural and ethnic backgrounds. My work is client-centered, believing you are the expert of your life and doing the best you can. I also believe you have within yourself great strengths I want to build on. I also am an approved clinical supervisor in WA and ID I use a comprehensive approach and often use skills from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectal behavioral therapy (DBT), and am trained in EMDR. Your experiences are unique to you and my role is getting to know you and finding those strategies/skills that will work best with you. I am licensed in MT, ID, and WA. My office is located in Spokane, WA.
