I am passionate about helping you not just cope in life but find your way to lasting peace, liberation and healing through the power of your innate wisdom and our collaborative alliance. I conduct a collaborative and holistic assessment and formulate therapy goals in partnership with you. I am an integrative therapist that uses several modalities to personalize therapy specifically for your unique needs. I have specialty trainings in EMDR, CBT, DBT, ACT, Mindfulness, Attachment, Parts Work, Crucible, PACT, Somatic, Sex therapy and more.
