Hi there, my name is Sonia & I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I specialize in working with young adults, women of color, parents, & anyone that may be struggling with life transitions, living in alignment, or feeling stuck. I help by utilizing mindfulness, somatics, a solution-focused, & strengths-based approach. In our first few sessions, we will discuss where you are in this moment, your history, challenges you may be dealing with, & what you are hoping for in our time together. We will touch on short-term & long-term goals - if these are unclear, don't worry, we can work on clarifying those as we go along.
