Are you feelings stuck in old patterns? Are you longing for balance, connection, ease, and meaning in your life? I would love to help you move towards more healing, self-compassion, and joy. I have experience working with adults, families, and teens, especially those who struggling with complex trauma and extreme ways of coping. I use Internal Family Systems (IFS), drama therapy, and a relational approach to support you to get to know all parts of yourself, process stuck experiences, release burdens you may be carrying, and find more ease, balance, connection, and aliveness within yourself and in your relationships with loved ones. I believe that everyone has a deep wisdom inside of them, and that you are the expert on your own experience and needs. I seek to operate from a place of curiosity and cultural humility, to practice awareness of the impacts of my own cultural lens and privilege, and to see you in your full context and create space to explore your full lived experience.
