Narcissists don’t listen to our pain. They might question us about our whereabouts and activities. But how often do they ask us a genuine question about us? With narcissists, it’s all about them, all of the time. Many clients I work with notice things like: Their feelings being dismissed or denied. Private insecurities used as weapons during arguments. Over-the-top affection (love bombing) followed by sudden withdrawal. Gaslighting, blame-shifting, and constant accusations. Their past is thrown in their face (even parts that happened before the relationship).They can NEVER take responsibility for their actions.
