Welcome — I’m so glad you’re here. I work with adult women, especially those in healthcare and helping professions, who struggle with self-esteem, burnout, or emotional exhaustion. Many of my clients care deeply for others but have lost connection with their own needs and worth. My passion is helping women rediscover their strength, set healthy boundaries, and feel empowered.
